Oracle - Web Consultant

  
Responsibilities  
 
  • Provide technical expertise on the Oracle WebCenter & ADF products;
  • Ability to drive architecture design on customer projects and act as a trusted advisor;
  • Ability to design architecture on all Oracle Middleware products stack, especially WebCenter Portal & ADF, optionally WebCenter Content;
  • Help customer on benchmark to identify bottlenecks, and provide guidance on tuning and optimization of Oracle WebLogic, WebCenter & ADF;
  • Develop accurate and concise written documentation;
  • Deliver trainings on Oracle WebLogic, ADF and WebCenter Portal.
  
Skills  
 
  • Strong expertise on J2EE architecture, Web 2.0 and RIA technology;
  • Proven Experience with Oracle WebLogic, - Oracle ADF and Oracle WebCenter Portal;
  • Design, rapidly prototype, and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable web applications;
  • Experience appreciated on one of the following areas: SOA, Enterprise Content Management;
  • Strong interest in product design and building robust user interfaces;
  • Strong Front-End Web Development experience using JavaScript and AJAX technologies with JSP and/or JSF programming;
  • Expert hands-on knowledge of XML, MVC, HTML, CSS, JSF, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON;
  • Strong command of web application security topics;
  • Familiarity with best practices for web usability and interaction design;
  • Current knowledge of browser capabilities for IE, Firefox, and Chrome;
  • Strong command of RESTful / SOA software architectures for Web 2.0;
  • Experience with using APIs and web service aggregation.
  • Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers, including clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;
  • High degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail;
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances;
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a complex global organization;
  • High aptitude for learning and high degree of self-motivation;
  • Acquire new competencies and accept new challenges;
  • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, any other European language is a plus.
